There’s no doubt that our wine list has been a challenge this season. We started off in April with about 20 of our wines and it didn’t take long for them to be whittled down and we had to make the strategic decision to carry other new york state wines as well.
We were fortunate to have sold out of each wine we brought out within about 3 weeks of it going on the shelf, many times less. However, I wish we did have all our wines always available so that when customers came back wanting the same thing, we would have it for them. On the other hand, it was positive that when they came back they could try something different!
So, what does our wine list look like? At the moment, of our own wines, we’ve got:

Wintery Symphony (White Chocolate Port) – This is a new one we’re bringing out for the holidays – it’s a white port wine and boy is it scrumptious.
Calm After the Storm (Orange Chocolate Port) – This is a new one we’re bringing out for the holidays, too that we plan to take pre-orders on because we think its going to be so popular and its a limited selection.
Orange Blossom Muscat – This is a late harvest Muscat we’ll bring on soon.
We’ll see how things go, If we’ve planned correctly for the coming year, then we will have most of our wines on the shelves year-round!
